**Role: CS - EUV E2E Workstream Technical Project Leader - Tainan** Lead EUV end-to-end (E2E) workstreams, driving projects from inception to closure. Plan projects, define scopes, and manage requirements within triple constraints for successful delivery. Identify and manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and issues, streamlining processes. Laterals with 6-10 years in tech project management, EUV knowledge, још software experience, and proven PMP/PMI certifications are preferred. Proficient in agile methodologies, JIRA, and MS Project.

Responsibilities: Project Planning / Roadmap Creates workstream plans or project plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized to deliver project objectives, and comply with the organization's project management framework. Project scope definition Defines the scope within triple constraint by translating requirements into deliverables and breaking down the work. Align changes in scope after the creation of the Product Initiation Document (PID) with the revelant stakeholders to avoid miscommunications on project scope. Business Needs / Improvements Plans and coordinates the identification, elicitation of requirements; conducts analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; foresees business trends, manages requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinates the verification of the end deliverable. Identifies opportunities for improvement; proposes/makes improvements to work processes. Generally done at the project level. Stakeholder Management and Advising Plans and delivers stakeholder engagement activities, such as organize status updates, reporting out, and alignment on potential impact where necessary, to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met. Project Risk and Issue Management Identifies and evaluates risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project following the agreed risk management approach, escalating issues where appropriate. Reviews and solves problems (technical, process, logistic), prioritizes, informs stakeholders, and escalates on problems where necessary. Project Review / Reporting Creates and maintains the project status for review and reporting based on agreed standards. Drafts project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on change. Project Benefit Realization At the end of a small project evaluate deliverables and performance against initial goals and triple constraints, extract lessons learned, and assess if there is a need for additional actions to maximize adoption of project deliverables. Project Team Management (optional, does not apply to ADM) Leads a small project team (typically less than 25 fte); communicates the outcomes needed and direction to achieve outcome, coordinates team actions on project tasks; requests additional team member support when needed; protects the team from getting overloaded; and identifies areas of improvement necessary to build the capability of the team through training, coaching and mentoring. Introduction to the job: Power HVM Workstream project leader Role and responsibilities: Power project Lead to meet internal/external demand for HVM customer PCN (parts change notification) process owner Dose control expertise Skills: Source/Power related competency preferred This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
