**CS - EUV OPP team System Lead - Tainan: Steer EUV Systems, Drive Performance, Manage Teams**
As the **CS EUV OPP team System Lead**, you'll orchestrate and optimize multiple EUV systems, ensuring peak performance (AVL, productivity, cost) and issue-free operation. Leverage your seasoned semiconductor experience and EUV system expertise to troubleshoot problems, manage escalations, and guide teams through discussions and follow-ups. Key responsibilities include prioritizing backlogs, managing OSOs, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders, and administering system KPIs. Proficient in Power BI, Excel, PPT, and MATLAB, you'll ensure smooth system PM preparation and dynamic plan changes. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering is required, with a minimum of 5 years of proven semiconductor experience. Excellent English communication skills, both internally and externally, are essential.
Introduction to the job: The system lead manages systems and provides input for the CS Integral Operations plan. Own the overall preparation of the assigned systems. with sustain technical background and EUV system knowledge - support problem solving and escalation. Host the communication. Making decision Role and responsibilities: Responsible for the performance (AVL, Productivity, Cost) of multiple EUV systems Performance issue intake, communication for solutions, follow up, and prepare postmortem. (teams/mail/phone discussion, after care, follow up… etc) Management of all “pending items” = backlog actions per machine Prioritize backlog action of machine. Issue coordination / Escalation management for USD2SD/XLD. Report SD/XLD system status and progress/help request. USD2SD, SD, XLD preparation, include dynamic plan change. System PM preparation and management. System KPI/administration management. (Reconciliation, BIBO confirmation, Engineering stock, Quality intake support…etc) OSO management (Open SO, Monitor SO, Update SO, Close SO), Secure Closure quality (Pending labor / Material) Align with EF system owner and UIR PL on which maintenance actions are required right after system installation SAT, Upgrade, CCB. Education and experience: Bachelor / Master degree of engineering At least 5+ years of proven experience in semi-conductor Good communication skills (English needed) with internal/external customers.
