**CS - Ops Domain Network Lead - BPM TW/SEA - Taichung**
Lead CS Operations' BPM domain, driving network maturity, process ownership, and compliance in Taiwan/Southeast Asia. Key responsibilities include: facilitating process governance, sustaining BPO networks, ensuring continuous improvement, and cascading transparent, timely communications. Collaborate with local teams and BPO squad, orchestrate regional organization for optimal output. Participate in global BPM/BPO activities, monitor role changes, and escalate risks. Regularly report domain network progress and conduct annual maturity assessments. Essential skills: BPM knowledge, CS operations experience, strong communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement methodologies. Minimum 7-10 years' experience in relevant domain.
Introduction to the job: The Domain Network Lead (DNL) leads the governance and maturity of an assigned CS process domain. The role drives the activation and sustainability of the domain BPO Network, ensuring process ownership, compliance, and continuous improvement are embedded within the regional organization. Serve as regional contact point for domain BPO Network communication; cascade to local organization per local practice — keeping communication transparent, timely and effective Take ownership on deliverables per BPO network maturity model (refer to maturity model deliverables) and follow through other Domain deliverable owners to ensure progress is trending up instead of idle or downward Drive local collaboration among support teams and BPO team; orchestrate the local organization efficiently to enable proper output when required Participate at WW BPM/BPO activities, including Network Community meetings, routine calls, sessions with CS BPM experts, and face-to-face events Hold the mandate to escalate to Co-Owners if there is potential risk from Network effectiveness or role inefficiency that might cause a sustainability issue Monitor role changes and governance health check Report progress and updates of the domain BPO Network on a regular basis Activate the local feedback loop; ensure voice and feedback is properly captured, and follow up on closure of actions in time Conduct yearly maturity assessment to ensure domain ownership maturity is progressing rather than declining Continuously strategies communication (e.g. roadshows, newsletters) to enhance BPM awareness in the organization Conduct training to operation team to keep BPM knowledge live Monitor process adherence and support BPLs to drive improvement with the right means and methods Work with Central BPM Team to build the fundamentals of the business process ownership per Roadmap Address any other local BPO Network requirements or ad-hoc needs as they evolve over time Role and responsibilities: Govern and sustain the assigned domain BPO Network. Drive domain process ownership maturity and governance effectiveness. Enable stakeholder collaboration across Co-Owners, BPOs, SMEs, and operational teams. Foster a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement. Facilitate domain maturity assessment, governance reviews, and network forums. Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or related areas. Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational environment.
