**Customer Success Manager, Global Selling PMO GSSC** leads strategic efforts for Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD), ensuring a faultless seller journey. This role translates seller insights into actionable market strategies, driving program adoption and growth. Responsibilities: - **Deep-dive** seller experience investigations; **surface** real needs across **segments**. - **Synthesize** Voice of Seller insights into structured business requirements. - **Collaborate** with local China teams and **global** product teams. Requirements: - Proven **experience** (4+ years) in **cross-functional roles**, ideally in e-commerce or related fields. - Demonstrated **strength** in business **judgment**, navigating **ambiguity**, and driving actionable recommendations. - **Fluency** in both English and Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages a plus. - **Experience** with or **familiarity** with Amazon's **seller initiatives** and **platforms** preferred.
The Global Selling PMO team collaborates with many Amazon’s global teams to support the high-growth global selling business, continuously identify new opportunities, and drive new initiatives through design, development, launch, and post-launch management.
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the seller journey for Amazon Warehousing & Distribution, Amazon's strategic supply chain product. You will connect China local teams and global product teams, turning seller insights into GTM strategy and product direction that drives program adoption and growth.
This role requires strong business judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex seller needs into actionable recommendations.
Key job responsibilities
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into seller experiences across the AWD seller journey; go beyond surface-level feedback to uncover real seller needs by segment.
• Synthesize Voice of Seller (VoS) inputs into structured business requirements and advocate seller needs across internal organizations.
• Design and lead structured seller engagement initiatives to maintain a grounded understanding of pain points and unmet needs.
• Partner with Product Managers to influence product roadmap and policy improvements, representing seller and industry perspectives.
• Communicate product needs effectively to senior leaders and product owners, fostering alignment across differing viewpoints.
• Develop differentiated GTM strategies for different seller cohorts.
• Translate strategic direction into actionable plans with clear milestones and success criteria.
• Build enablement tools, FAQs, sales playbooks, and training materials to equip Account Management teams to drive AWD seller adoption.
• Define and monitor key seller success metrics; use data to identify trends and recommend program interventions.
• Drive cross-functional programs from scoping through execution, managing timelines and stakeholder alignment.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, or experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Experience in Sales, Territory Planning, Merchandising, and/or relevant experience within Customer Success, Account Management, or negotiating, nurturing, and growing customer relationships
