**Earn Product Operation Manager (TradFi) - Binance** Binance, the world's largest crypto exchange, seeks a senior-level **Earn Product Operation Manager** to bridge traditional finance (TradFi) and crypto. You'll identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality TradFi/RWA assets, redesigning them for crypto-native Earn products. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product feasibility, operational readiness, and user-driven design. Leverage market trends, user demands, and competitor analysis to drive product innovation. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong financial acumen, and operational excellence. 3+ years in TradFi, RWA, or crypto wealth management required. Familiarity with blockchain, fintech, and crypto products is essential.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and drive the onboarding of high-quality TradFi / RWA assets into Binance Earn

Research proven wealth management and investment product structures in traditional finance, and redesign them in a crypto-native way for Earn users

Work closely with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to assess product feasibility, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution

Translate traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts, with strong focus on user value, product design, and operational efficiency

Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings across TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products to identify new product opportunities

Support end-to-end product operations, including product launch, optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management

Contribute to product design by combining financial product knowledge, user understanding, and operational insights

Help shape product frameworks that balance innovation, compliance, risk control, and business growth

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment product, or wealth management-related roles

Strong understanding of product design, product operations, and product lifecycle management

Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured products, including but not limited to:

MMFs,Mutual Funds,ETFs, including leveraged ETFs,Structured Products, such as PPN, FCN, and Covered Call strategies, Structured tranche / leveraged fund products

Strong TradFi background from asset management, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or other financial institutions

Ability to identify strong financial product mechanisms and translate them into practical, user-friendly, and scalable Earn products

Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect product ideas with business impact and operational execution

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Strong curiosity about crypto and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

Understanding of tokenization, including the basic logic of how real-world assets are represented on-chain

Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks related to investment products, RWAs, or tokenized assets

Understanding of core crypto concepts, especially stablecoins and their role in on-chain financial products

Genuine interest in crypto, with hands-on usage, research, or personal exploration of crypto products and ecosystems

Experience bridging TradFi product logic with crypto-native product innovation
