Texas Instruments is seeking an Engineering Program Manager who will manage a team of program managers, who are in turn responsible for leading cross-functional development projects within an organization. The manager is responsible for the organization's capability to simultaneously execute multiple complex, cross-functional engineering projects, and to enhance product development success rate (on budget and within schedule). In this role you may represent the company with customers on technical matters. This job has people management responsibilities.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum education (ie bachelor's degree in electrical engineering)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
