**Position:** Global Brand Engagement Manager, Customer Trust External Relations **Manage** global brand owner relationships, focusing on product authenticity, integrity, copyrights, trademarks, and product quality. Develop and implement brand protection strategies, contribute to policy development, and drive reactive/enactive enforcement improvements.req: **Exceptional communication, relationship-building**, and **analytical thinking** skills, **proven brand protection experience**, comfort in **fast-paced environments**, and a **solution-oriented mindset**.
Key job responsibilities
In this position you will:
• Develop and maintain key relationships with external stakeholders including global brands on customer trust issues.
• Work with global external stakeholders to develop strategies for tackling unique industry challenges.
• Develop policy recommendations to improve both reactive and proactive enforcement, maximize automation, and efficiency in resolving brand owner concerns, and identify and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Work closely across Amazon on processes and tools to identify threats to brands and to Amazon’s customers and sellers.
• Partner with Legal and Investigations to quickly handle and resolve critical and time-sensitive escalations.
• Liaise with internal business teams to address vendor concerns.
• Participate in conferences and external meetings focused on product integrity issues. This will include frequent domestic and international travel (~25%).
• Develop and deliver educational and training materials for both internal and external consumption.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Proven working knowledge of IP protection legal and regulatory landscape.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
