Education and experience - Project management experience including stakeholder management are essential, along with experience in the marketing strategy setup and execution process - Required engineering experience on defect inspection and metrology is preferred - More than 5 years working experiences in semiconductor industry related field - Above BS degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics etc.: - People management experience Skills - Good coordination skills and communications skills - Preferred eBeam inspection or semiconductor process knowledge - Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible - Good documentation skills - Multi-task player and good ability to work under different working environment pressures. - Good team player and committed to the success of ASML. - Business level of English and Japanese skill
