Introduction: The Reverse Supply Chain Operations team in Eindhoven is responsible for coordinating returned, defective, and incorrectly delivered materials across ASML's global supply chain. Today, the handling of No Fault Found (NFF) materials is spread across multiple teams and processes. No Fault Found (NFF) materials are returned parts that are initially believed to be defective, but where no fault is found after investigation. As a result, it is not always clear how the process flows, where bottlenecks occur, and who is responsible for specific decisions, creating opportunities for greater transparency and alignment. In this internship, you will help create transparency by mapping, analyzing, and improving the end-to-end process, supporting a more standardized and effective way of managing NFF materials across the organization.
