General Summary:

Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Intern supports the day-to-day business operations of the marketing team, helping manage budgets, procurement processes, contracts, compliance requirements, and vendor administration. This role works closely with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with budget tracking, spend management, and financial reporting.
  • Create and follow up on purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs).
  • Support invoice processing and vendor payments.
  • Maintain contract records and assist with contract review and renewal tracking.
  • Ensure documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external vendors on operational processes.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational dashboards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Interest in marketing operations, finance, procurement, or business administration.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar business systems is a plus.
