Your area of work:

Design and Implementation team. Across a wide range of tasks, you will be actively taking part in onboarding new business to our order routing platform Vestima and the Central Facility for Funds (CFF). We offer you the chance to acquire valuable experience and to enrich the theory of your academic studies with practical knowledge within our international team.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Support Projects and Onboarding in Investment Funds Services
  • Assist planning and execution of client onboarding and migrations
  • Assist with collecting, analyzing and organizing customer data required and system sett-ups.
  • Support in daily liaison with in- and external stakeholders

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
  • Good level of MS-Office applications in particular MS- Excel
  • High level of self-motivation as well as the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work within a team or independently when required
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory. Spanish, German as well as any other European language would be an asset

 

Duration: 6 months full-time
