**Intern - Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (Operational Transfer Process)**
- **Support operational transfers** from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely actions by Tactical Buyers, Operational Supplier Coordinators, Logistics Supplier Managers/Account Leads, and Supplier Quality Engineers.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to maintain transfer flow adherence and report transfer status to managers.
- **Optimize operational processes**, including requesting golden sample shipments, preparing approval overviews, updating Masterfile fields, and arranging closure actions.
- Facilitate supplier communication via respective team members, stepping in for urgent transfers.
- **Respond to diverse ad-hoc requests** and additional support tasks as needed.
- **Qualified candidates** should be studying for a Diploma/Degree in Business or a related technical field, with 0-1 year of experience.

Responsible for supporting the involved operational stakeholders (TB and OSC) to ensure operational transfer flow adherence. Responsible for reporting out towards the Transfer Manager/Category Manager/Service Operations on the status of each transfer. Responsible execute operational process as efficient as possible. Request for golden sample shipment, make an overview for steerco approval, makes sure all Operations Transport Coordinator owned fields in the Masterfile are maintained and will arrange for closure actions. All supplier communication will go via the OSC, LSM, TB and AL; has a supporting role. In case of urgent transfer, can also be involved in the supplier communication.
