This role will work closely with the IT Asia Team and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, integration quality, and timely delivery of critical programs. Key Responsibilities 🔹 1. End-to-End Integration Management Lead and drive application integration across multiple IT domains (e.g., S4 ERP, MES, OT, Data) Ensure seamless integration between global solutions and local deployments (China/LSPC context) Identify and manage cross-system dependencies, risks, and integration gaps 🔹 2. Project & Program Delivery Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables , ensuring ≥80% on-time delivery Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (Business, IT domains, vendors) Track progress and provide transparent reporting to IT Asia Manager and global stakeholders 🔹 3. Business Partnering (Local China Stakeholders) Act as a trusted IT partner for local business teams (MFG / SMT / Operations) Translate business requirements into IT integration plans Ensure alignment with global IT strategy and governance 🔹 4. Governance & Quality Assurance Ensure all projects follow: IT demand & delivery processes (e.g., ITIL, SNOW if relevant) Architecture principles and security requirements Support risk assessment, compliance, and audit readiness 🔹 5.
