We govern all critical x-department projects and make sure they are on track towards the project deliverables Manage Tainan factory long-term footprint strategy and execution Manage Tainan factory long-term outsourcing strategy and execution Education and experience: Bachelor or Master degree in technical discipline, industrial/business engineering or business administration (MBA) ~15 years of experience with a comprehensive understanding of business processes and experience in working with senior management >5 years of people management experience Skills: Comprehensive understanding of business processes Strong business sense to understand what’s of the best interests for the company be able to clearly communicate and influence multiple stakeholders from different cultures without hierarchical power Other information: This role is positioned in Operation Excellence department within ASML's Tainan factory
