The Binance Wallet team is building a decentralized version of Binance, featuring on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, and decentralized Earn and more. We empower users with full control over their assets for seamless token trading across any blockchain. Responsibilities
- Own the overall operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, with a focus on growth, user participation, liquidity, and market health
- Drive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
- Design and execute mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement
Identify and operate key market categories such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and other event-driven topics - Work closely with product, marketing, data, and tech teams to launch features, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
- Monitor core metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize operations and growth outcomes
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities
- Build scalable operational frameworks and support team execution
Requirements
- Strong experience in operations, growth, or product operations
- Must have solid understanding of Prediction Market products and user behavior
- Must be familiar with liquidity management and participation-driving mechanisms
- Need to think holistically — not only category knowledge, but also channels, growth, and conversion
- Good understanding of event-driven markets such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and trending topics
- Strong data sense, execution ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms is a strong plus
