**Principal TPM, Leo Secure Communications: Drive Global Broadband Access** Optimize global satellite broadband access with Leo Secure Communications, Amazon's innovative initiative to bridge the digital divide. As our **Principal Technical Program Manager** (TPM), you'll navigate complex business and technology challenges, driving transformational outcomes at the intersection of business and technology. As Principal Technical Program Manager, you'll tackle complex business and technology challenges, working with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver solutions that scale globally. You'll thrive in ambiguity, using your technical judgment to question assumptions, validate requirements, and solve problems before they become roadblocks. Your collaborative approach and problem-solving expertise will be essential as you manage diverse stakeholder requests and drive operational excellence across multiple programs.
Key job responsibilities
You will work with a team of experts and drive the team to successfully accomplish the following activities:
• Develop and manage technical requirements for test, verification and harness of complex systems
• Decompose technical requirements for test into software and hardware requirements aligned with development, manufacturing and verification test strategy.
• Manage a large number of dependencies across many engineering disciplines to ensure that development schedules are met.
• Develop program and team processes and tools, as required
You must be familiar with variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project life-cycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.
**This role is located in Redmond, WA and candidate will be required to be onsite. No location flexibility.
Export Control Requirement

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
