**Product Engineer - 4+ Years in Electrical Engineering | Coordinating Vendor Management, PCB Procurement, and Release to Market** Lead cross-functional teams as our **Product Engineer**, bringing 4+ years of Electrical Engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree. Manage electronics components, coordinate vendors, handle BOPs and PCB procurement, while ensuring optimal data collection. Define product qualification plans and release products, driving them from concept to market. Utilize strong communication, time management, and documentation skills to succeed in this role focused on electronic components, PCB procurement, and quality standards.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 4 year's of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of Electronic componenets


Responsibilities: :

  • Co-ordinating & tracking vendor for Board, consumables, non-capital equipment 
  • BOM & PCB procurement & kitting 
  • Raising & follow up of PR, PO (including negotiations) 
  • Manage ZS requests  for customer sampling & inventory of devices and boards 
  • Managing logistics for 3rd party tests & certification, especially in ISO & TRX 
  • Asset tracking : Lab instruments, inventory management 
  • Soldering ticket submission & follow up 
  • Co-ordinating data collection tickets with vendors, follow up and hand-off. Ensure optimal data collection efficiency 
  • Define product qual plan with reliability engineer and own qual execution and tracking during the various phases of development.
  • Ensure manufacturing system setups, prototype material movements and sample builds meet project requirements during NPDE phase.
  • Release new products to market by ensuring that qualification is completed, manufacturing flows set up, cost entitlement achieved, and all TI quality standards have been met.
  • Display strong time management, documentation, presentation and communication skills; know how to run effective meetings
  • Manage customer return flow; identify systemic issues and drive to closure working with test eng and/or mfg facilities as appropiate

    Additional responsibilities: 

  • Identifying best practices in data collection and product engineering across product lines and  ensuing the same is followed 
  • Weekly and monthly Lab & customer return reporting
