About The Opportunity
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the expansion and management of global fiat payment channels, including payment gateways, settlement partners, banks, and local payment service providers (PSPs).
- Build and optimize on/off-ramp payment systems to ensure stability, security, and compliance across multiple regions.Drive business negotiations, contracting, and technical integrations with global payment partners.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of fiat on/off-ramp vendors for digital asset exchanges — from requirement analysis to integration, testing, and go-live.
- Monitor global payment regulations, market trends, and provide strategic insights and risk assessments for payment-related decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless payment operations and compliance.
- Analyze payment performance data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, and user experience.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the payments industry, with deep understanding of global payment ecosystems and key channels (card schemes, local wallets, bank transfers, etc.).
- Proven experience in integrating fiat on/off-ramp vendors for crypto exchanges or cross-border financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, settlement flows, and compliance frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to lead complex integration projects independently.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills for working with international partners.
- Passionate about fintech innovation, digital assets, and the evolving Web3 ecosystem.
Nice-To-Have
- Proven success in independently sourcing and launching regional payment channels.
- Familiarity with payment landscapes in Southeast Asia, LATAM, the Middle East, or Africa.
- Experience working with global card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) or major local payment networks.
