Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop yearly product communication plans, assist in formulating promotion strategies and execute specific promotion activities (e.g. social media operations, offline events, advertising) to ensure the successful launch and exposure of the products and solutions.
  • Develop and update product related marketing assets. (Product catalogue, leaflet etc.,)
  • Develop and publish promotion contents for products internally and externally on matched channels.
  • Track the effectiveness of the promotion, analyze data (e.g., exposure, conversation rate) and optimize the promotion plan accordingly. Ensure the promotion materials comply with brand standards.
  • Collect industry brand trends and competitors’ promotion strategies to provide references for adjusting communication strategy.

Job Holder Requirements:

  • University degree or above in Marketing or related discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in Marketing:
  • Working experience in a matrix organization
  • Industrial lubricants or chemicals experience are desirable but not essential
  • Market communication and activation experiences preferred.
  • Innovative thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Evidence of effective networking and relationship building skills both internally and externally
  • Strong change management skills
