職務内容

•             社内の技術エキスパートおよび外部協力会社と連携し、グローバルな潤滑油製品の開発および顧客ソリューションのサポートを行う

•             主要なエクソンモービル顧客に対する技術協業を調整・サポートする

•             製品開発プロジェクトをサポートするため、試作品の提供および評価試験プログラムをグローバルに管理する

•             製品認証、性能規格への適合、そのための製品配合情報の更新をサポートする

応募要件

•             理学または工学分野の学士号以上（例：化学、機械工学、または類似分野）

※IT系の学位は本ポジションには適していません

•             英語での高度なコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話）

•             高い分析力、問題解決能力、および協調性を持ち、グローバルもしくは地域を跨いだチームで働く意欲があること

•             製品技術および、もしくはその応用技術分野への関心

•             潤滑油、化学品、添加剤の技術サービス、試験評価に関する経験があれば有利ですが、必須ではありません

Job Role Description

• Collaborate with internal technology experts and external partners to support global lubricant product development and customer solutions
• Coordinate and support customer-facing technical engagements with key ExxonMobil customers
• Manage global sample shipments and technical test programs in support of product development projects
• Support product approvals, performance standard conformance and formulation data updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (e.g. chemistry, mechanical or similar field). Please note that IT degree is not suitable for this position.
• Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills with willingness to work with global and cross-regional teams
• Interest in Products Technology and/or applied technical work
• Prior experience in lubricants, chemicals or additives technical services/testing is an advantage, but not mandatory
