Role Responsibilities
- Manage allocated IT projects/programs in offices across Asia Pacific
- Liaise with all key stakeholders to understand the business case for development
- Prioritise enhancement requests and manage delivery timescales to business
- Analyse business issues /enhancements and specify appropriate technical solutions
- Create clear and concise specifications / requirements documentation
- Take responsibility for and manage the involvement of all related technology departments for any project under your control
- Manage the request for changes, adhering to TP ICAP internal change management processes including budget management for the allocated projects
- Produce test cases to ensure accuracy and coverage of solution
- Perform testing of requested changes
- Manage UAT of requested changes
- Project manage all system releases
- Assist in resolving day to day issues related to systems worked on
- Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines.
- Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties
Experience / Competences
- Agile Project management skills – preferably either CSM/CSPO/SAFE or PMI-ACP certified. Has an understanding on how to coach teams on waterfall methodology to Agile
- Business analysis skills – esp MS Visio, Activity/Swim lane/UML Diagrams
- Problem solving skills, Capacity Management Skills, Budgeting and Conflict Management skills
- Ability to match the basic business requirements to appropriate TP ICAP technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, Visio
- Experience of issue and task tracking packages e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Workfront and any Project Portfolio Management tool
