**Regional Linehaul Operations Manager (Afirmativa para Mulheres) at Amazon ATS Middle Mile Brazil.** Manage middle-mile linehaul operations across Southeast, optimizing performance for multiple carriers. Drive operational excellence, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments. **Required: Senior leadership experience, operational excellence track record, ability to lead in ambiguity. Key skills: regional operations management, carrier performance management, OTP (On-Time Performance) optimization, cross-functional collaboration.**
In this role, you will lead and optimize linehaul operations at a regional level, ensuring operational excellence across the full middle mile transportation process. You will be part of a highly collaborative, dynamic, and innovative environment where ideas are valued and experimentation is encouraged. We are looking for professionals with a strong track record of operational excellence and customer focus, who thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and are ready to lead through complexity and constant change.
