You ensure materials, configuration data, and operational information are available when needed, enabling successful installation and upgrade activities for customers around the world. Working within the Customer Support organization, you help bridge planning, logistics, and execution. Role and Responsibilities As a SAP Coordinator, you will work with project leaders, logistics teams, warehouse operations, and installation engineers to ensure materials and information are ready when needed. You will help maintain operational accuracy and drive installation readiness for customer projects worldwide. You will: Coordinate material availability and delivery schedules to support installations, upgrades, and field modifications. Maintain accurate configuration and material records by processing updates and validating system data. Investigate and resolve material-related issues, including damaged parts, delivery discrepancies, and inventory concerns. Communicate project updates, risks, and material status to stakeholders to support effective decision-making. Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to manage deliveries, returns, and material handling activities. Review data accuracy, identify potential schedule impacts, and escalate issues when necessary. Support continuous process improvements that enhance installation readiness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience is welcomed. Minimum of two years of experience in material coordination, logistics, operations, or supply chain management. At least one year of experience working with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems. Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, or related business systems is preferred. Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data management tools to analyze and manage operational information. Experience supporting customer-focused operations or technical project environments is beneficial.
