**Senior Business Analyst - Fee Domain**: Direct complex business requirement analysis in Danske Bank's Fee domain. Lead initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and drive implementation. Improve processes and collaborate with Product Owner. Requires 5+ years' experience, proficiency in Agile/Scrum, SQL, and strong stakeholder management in banking or financial services. Lithuania-based with hybrid work model.

Location: Lithuania

Customer Capabilities is a diverse tribe of 100+ colleagues working in 11 cross‑functional teams across Denmark, Lithuania, and India. Together, we build robust end‑to‑end solutions that power critical banking services for millions of customers and colleagues at Danske Bank - covering core domains such as Fees, Interest, Tax Reporting, and Customer Communication.

Open position is in the Fee domain which is a domain responsible for transforming Danske Banks fee ecosystem to a modern eco system build on cutting edge technology.  

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Lead the analysis of complex business requirements, contribute to their definition, document them, ensure stakeholder alignment, and obtain stakeholder sign-off
  • Independently coordinate larger initiatives that require extensive stakeholder management
  • Drive implementation initiatives by organising and facilitating events, workshops, and training sessions to support successful delivery.
  • Contribute with structured ideas for process improvement and critically evaluate proposals to assess their feasibility and potential to enhance end-to-end processes
  • Actively support the Product Owner with reporting and presentations for Tribe leadership and relevant Steering Committees 

About you:

  • +5 years’ experience as a business analyst
  • Experience from the financial industry is preferred
  • Self-driven, able to switch between detail and the big picture, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and present information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A readiness to take on new challenges, coupled with a strong commitment to growth both personally and professionally
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced English skills, both in verbal and written communication.
  • Curious about the use of new technologies 

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
