**Senior Business Analyst in Wealth Planning & Investments Tribe - Vilnius, Lithuania** - You drive cross-functional projects in the Wealth Planning & Investments Tribe, empowering adviser-led investment solutions - Engage with stakeholders, translate requirements into epics/user stories, and ensure quality in our Agile development process - 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst; wealth planning & investment industry background preferred - Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and tools like Visio/Miro; knowledge of banking regulations a plus

In the Wealth Planning & Investments Tribe, we make it easy for customers to invest and empower advisers to offer best-in-class investment advice through simple, high-quality solutions.
All development work related to investments and wealth planning in Danske Bank is owned by our Tribe, which has around 200 members located in Denmark, Lithuania and India. Work in the Tribe is organised into squads: cross-functional teams of around ten people from business and IT working on a specific mission.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility, and we currently use a hybrid working model where we work at least three days a week in the office.

You Will :
- Drive initiatives and tasks end to end
- Engage with and facilitate meetings with a wide range of stakeholders across different lines of business
- Propose and write epics and user stories to capture requirements and translate them into development tasks
- Review and test ideas, mock-ups and developed solutions to ensure they are of high quality and create the intended value
- Act as a sparring partner for other teams on questions related to your squad’s priorities and backlog items
- Create, draw and document process flows, maps and diagrams
- Review market trends and external solutions to identify business opportunities within our retail investment area
- Support, coach and mentor more junior colleagues
About You :
- 3 or more years of experience as a business analyst, project manager or management/IT consultant
- A good understanding of and expertise in the investment domain and related banking areas
- An understanding of IT processes and architecture
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks and deliverables
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new areas and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to understand, assess and define business needs, processes and requirements
- A proactive, structured and collaborative approach, with a focus on agreed actions and deliveries
- Strong interpersonal skills, a true team-player mindset and a desire to learn and see the world from a customer’s perspective
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English

Monthly salary range: 3920EUR to 5880 EUR gross, based on your competencies relevant to the job.
