**Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, Prime Video Global Marketing Operations, GSS** Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives for Prime Video's Global Shared Services (GSS), driving holistic performance enhancement. Integrate insights from Resource Planning, Demand Planning, and Insight & Analytics to inform data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities include strategy development, cross-functional stakeholder management, and performance improvement. Required skills: analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel). 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or related field.
Are you interested in shaping the future of entertainment? Prime Video's technology, marketing, and operations teams are creating the best-in-class digital video experience. You'll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You'll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.
Within our Prime Video Global Marketing Operations, we're looking for a results-driven Sr Strategy & Ops Analyst to serve as the strategic connective tissue across Global Shared Services (GSS) — integrating insights from Resource Planning, Demand Planning, and Insight & Analytics to drive holistic performance improvement and enable GSS leadership to make better, faster decisions. This role sits at the intersection of multiple functions and will be responsible for synthesizing cross-functional data into unified performance narratives, leading strategic planning exercises (OP1/OP2), and building improvement programs that drive decisions at the organizational level.
In this role, you will independently connect the dots between workforce capacity, demand pipeline, operational performance, and automation strategy — surfacing org-wide patterns, risks, and opportunities that no single function can see alone. You will partner closely with GSS Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders to author the GSS performance OP narrative, drive quarterly guidance exercises, and contribute to MBR/QBR.
You have strong analytical rigor, the ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments, excellent strategic thinking, and exceptional stakeholder management across multiple functions. You are comfortable defining problems that haven't been scoped, designing long-term solutions, and translating complex cross-functional data into actionable strategy. You influence data-driven business decisions at the organizational level, understanding how resource planning, demand forecasting, and operational performance interconnect to drive GSS outcomes.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in strategy and operations, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to synthesize insights across multiple domains into cohesive narratives. You will bring expertise in strategic planning, performance management, cross-functional program leadership, and narrative writing (6-pagers, OP documents). If you enjoy operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, connecting disparate data points into a unified story, and being challenged by ambiguous problems, we'd like to speak with you!
This role can be based in: Madrid, ES or London, UK.
