This role is for a Sr. Category Manager at Amazon Business, the B2B marketplace that meets the procurement needs of businesses of every size – from small business to large multi-national organization, as well as institutional buyers through a range of business-tailored features. About the Role: Category Managers at Amazon have an end to end responsibility of the customer experience and growth of the category they have been assigned to. Primary responsibility is to drive Flywheel inputs for Electronics Categories across Amazon Business (B2B) They work across partner teams to deliver customer delight by making a vast range of products available to the customer to discover, buy and consume, at the right prices and delivery commitments. Category managers anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the functional road map and will drive a major change or enhancement for customer experience influencing category needs based on their knowledge of competitive trends in the marketplace and other macro environment data.

Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, and have strengths in stakeholder management and negotiations. Key job responsibilities include 1. Drive Core Category Flywheel inputs via sellers 2. End to End ownership of the seller relation and stakeholder management (internal and external) 3. Work with the multiple stakeholders including sales, marketing, finance, etc to grow the seller business 5. Driving B2B specific adoption on programs to deliver the right customer experience

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- MBA

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
