**Senior Technical Program Manager, Ad Tech Ops – Prime Video Ads** Leading the Ad Tech Ops team, manage complex ad technology programs for Prime Video Channels and FAST partnerships. Key responsibilities include pre-deal scoping, partner onboarding, issue management, feature rollouts, and operational excellence. Proficient in ad tech, with a strong background in program management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Requires 7+ years of experience, preferably in ad tech or related fields. Experience with ad tech tools, integration complexity estimation, SLA tracking, and partner-dependent resolutions crucial. Familiarity with Prime Video Ads and VOD advertising a plus. Drive scalable processes, improve ad delivery health, and ensure integration stability.
Key job responsibilities
Pre-Deal Scoping: Drive ad tech feasibility assessments, integration complexity estimations, and timeline planning into deal negotiations earlier in the lifecycle — eliminating post-signing surprises and rework.
Onboarding & Intake: Own and scale the end-to-end partner onboarding program for PVC and FAST partners, including intake workflows, readiness checklists, SLA tracking, and handoff criteria.
Issue Triaging & Management: Coordinate cross-functional incident resolution across internal (PVA Engineering, Product) and external (partner) teams through structured escalation paths, root cause analysis, and SLA compliance tracking.
Feature Rollouts / Fanout: Plan and execute post-launch rollouts of new PVC advertising capabilities (e.g., Pause Ads, Interactive Video Ads, mid-roll expansion) across the partner base, including readiness validation, go/no-go assessments, and adoption tracking.
Operational Process Ownership: Own manual operational processes, drive runbook creation, identify automation opportunities, and track toil reduction metrics.
Observability & Reporting: Design and maintain partner health dashboards, facilitate Partner Business Reviews (PBRs), and build self-service status tooling and automated reporting for stakeholders.
About the team
The PV Ads – Ad Tech Ops team is the centralized operational spine for advertising technology in Prime Video. We embed advertising requirements earlier in the deal lifecycle and establish repeatable, scalable processes for onboarding, issue management, and feature rollouts — accelerating partner monetization while reducing post-signing friction and operational debt. We own the technical operational layer that bridges engineering and business, ensuring ad delivery health, integration stability, and partner success at scale.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience in publisher, ad tech or agency ad serving systems like Ad Manager 360 or FreeWheel
- Experience contributing to the definition and implementation of automation opportunities within an operations environment
- Familiarity with identity signals, consent frameworks, and privacy requirements in ad tech

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
