A Shift Manager for the Sub Same Day (SSD) program leads front-line operations at an AMZL delivery station, owning the full shift cycle from induction through final dispatch. They also balance hands-on floor leadership with execution planning and structured shift handoffs, maintaining active coordination with cross-functional teams within the station, the SSD program, and Delivery Service Partners. As the primary escalation point for operational disruptions, this leader ensures outbound and inbound performance targets are met while upholding safety and quality standards under tight delivery commitments.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- MBA, or Master's degree
