**Team Leader Prevention Officers** Lead and mentor an engineering team in maintaining safety regulations within a cleanroom environment. Key responsibilities: Manage, coach, and drive team progress; plan manpower and evaluate productivity; improve production processes; participate in safety projects. Required: Proven safety leadership, cleanroom experience, team management skills, and ability to instill safety culture. Min. 5 years' EHS experience, proficiency in safety management tools, and knowledge of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) machines essential.

Introduction to the job: Do you enjoy interacting with people and making sure they understand the importance of Safety? The sector EUV factory (EF) is responsible for our extreme ultra violet machines. The complete production process from build until install takes place within this sector. The EF Environment Health Safety (EHS) department supports operations and the safety department within the EUV factory. As a Prevention Officer Team Leader within EF EHS team you will maintain a broad range of safety regulations and coach/ guide the team to drive the EF factory to a safer environment. All those actions take place within the cleanroom. You will be expected to create a collective consciousness for - and an appreciation of - control and safety. You will cultivate willingness to co-operate and respect for risk minimization. Role and responsibilities: The EF EHS Prevention Officer Team Leader uses their safety knowledge to improve the safety culture within the EF Cleanroom. The activities that you will perform are: Management: Manages and coaches a team of engineers. Controls and drives system progress and planning, sets priorities, delegates tasks, solves problems, manages skills, and contributes to a productive working climate; Planning: Is responsible for detailed manpower planning and supervises progress within quality, delivery time and cost objectives; Indicates, initiates and drives actions to improve production processes and/or the products; Takes part in project activities related to safety; Ensures proper execution of HRM policies and procedures; Manage and control the day-to-day EUV cleanroom way of working in a constructive and motivating manner. Education and experience: Safety Mvk or similar safety certificate 4-9 years work experience in: production management and LEAN; a complex working environment; improvement projects. Skills: Strong personality; Team builder with good social skills and service orientation; Flexible, goal-oriented and initiative; Analytical, structured, persistent in acting on available information; Able to deal with stressful situations; Change management; Ownership Flexibility is a must have for this position, hence you work in a support shift schedule. You work will be on-site only and travel is not included in the position. We are also considering experienced JG6 applicants. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
