**Transfer Manager - US Supply Chain Transformation**: Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation, optimizing processes across US facilities. Manage transfer operations, ensure safety (magnetic fields, high voltage, currents), and maintain controlled technology access. Key responsibilities: strategize process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive project execution. Required skills: proven supply chain expertise, project management, lean/six sigma experience, and proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP). Minimum 8 years' experience in relevant domain, with 5 years in senior roles.
Additional Responsibilities:: There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
