Description -

Role Summary
The Scenario Supply Planning AI Lead is an individual contributor within the Global Supply Chain Planning organization who will help to transform supply chain planning from static, reactive analysis into dynamic, AI-enabled scenario modeling. The role is responsible for improving the quality, speed, and consistency of planning decisions through structured scenario analysis, simulation, and analytical decision support.

The role partners closely with Global Supply Chain Planners to evaluate complex planning questions, develop reusable scenario frameworks, standardize analytical workflows, and improve planner productivity through the effective use of enterprise AI tools, automation, and analytics.

This is not an AI engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science role. AI is used as an enabling capability to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive work, and improve decision quality.


Key Responsibilities
Scenario Planning & Decision Support
- Design, execute, and maintain reusable capacity planning scenarios for recurring business problems.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured what-if analyses with clear assumptions, constraints, and expected outcomes.
- Evaluate capacity trade-offs across service, cost, utilization, inventory, and operational risk.
- Develop decision-ready recommendations with supporting evidence, sensitivity analysis, and quantified business impact.
- Support planners during capacity disruptions, supply constraints, demand changes, new product introductions, and strategic planning exercises.
- Continuously improve scenario templates based on business outcomes and planner feedback

Data & Analytics teams


Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field;
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, SIOP/IBP, operations analytics, inventory management, or planning technology.
- Fundamental knowledge on Supply planning, Global Supply Chain Planning, S&OP / S&OE
- Experience working with large datasets, planning systems, ERP data, forecasting outputs, or supply chain performance metrics.
