What you'll do

• Lead delivery of voice AI projects for enterprise clients, from prototype through to production

• Become the go-to expert on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting

• Build full-stack integrations with enterprise tools like CRMs, ERPs and scheduling systems

• Work alongside sales to gather requirements, prototype demos and present system designs

• Scope projects, clear blockers and keep teams aligned with clear updates

• Turn what works into reusable tools and platform components

• Feed field learnings back into product and go-to-market decisions

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical PM, Customer Success/Support Engineer, or ex-founder)

• Excellent at explaining complex technical ideas to non-technical people

• Experience delivering systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

• Strong production-grade coding skills (Python, JavaScript or similar)

• Solid understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience

• Calm under pressure, good at managing risk and keeping momentum
