What you'll do

Build and own the backend systems that deliver care to a growing patient base

Ship reliably across sprints, taking specs and running with them independently

Work closely with clinical and product folks to turn real care problems into working software

Report into the Head of Engineering and act as a force multiplier across projects

What we're looking for

5+ years building backend systems for web, mobile or data-heavy products

A couple of years of tech leadership under your belt

Comfortable owning your own scope with minimal hand-holding

Solid grasp of core computer science fundamentals

Strong in Rails, PHP, JavaScript or another server-side language
