**Trade Support Specialist**: Senior role (3+ yrs exp., open to exceptional juniors) drives process improvements with strong Python/SQL skills, automating workflows (AI platforms welcome). Proven rates background (Interest Rate Swaps, Swaptions) required. Must have experience supporting Portfolio Managers or Traders.
Open to Buy/Sell Side
3+ years of experience (open to less than that but would require somebody exceptional)
Very comfortable with Python and/or SQL with proven demonstrations of process improvements and automation (fine for that to have been driven from AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude)
Rates background essential (Interest Rate Swaps, Swaptions etc)
TA / Trade Support / Experience supporting PMs or Traders essential
