**Operations Platforms Analyst (客户平台运营分析)** Drive technology products, tools, and data reporting solutions. Manage user experiences, from inception to project release. In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI, and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.
As an Operations Platforms Analyst, drive the delivery of technology-based products, tools and data reporting solutions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage platform experience for end-users from product cycle inception through project release following conceptualization, product roadmap, and operational enablement with key stakeholders.
  • Enable real-time insights to the operations organization, driving actionable and data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with operations stakeholders to translate problem statements into business requirements and innovative solutions
  • Partner across TI to connect data and accelerate the scalability of strategic TI objectives and best-in-class customer support
  • Communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
  • Generate reports and datasets or report information for end-users using systems, tools, and databases.
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Proficiency in data analytics
  • Experience in SQL
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to team and collaborate effectively with people in different functions, countries and cultures
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize work, balance multiple projects and drive for results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Attention to detail
