We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Actuarial Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

  • Prepare management information reports and analysis for in-force management
  • Provide life supports on in-force products with collaboration with Operations and Products, etc.
  • Support the development of new individual life products, including preparing test plans, conducting UAT, contributing to test reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders (Operations, Products, Finance, etc) to support insurance system enhancement, in-force production fixes and subsequent implementation
  • Assist in reinsurance projects
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • University graduate or above, preferably major in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Insurance or related disciplines
  • Preferred experience in life insurance industry in Hong Kong
  • Be a self-motivated, pro-active self-starter with the ability and attributes to act and perform with minimal direction or instruction
  • Possess strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of PC application software such as MS Office and Excel. Knowledge of SQL and database management is an advantage

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
