We are looking for an Expert IT Analyst / Service Developer to design and improve our digital support tools under a full-time permanent employment agreement.

 

About our team

 

Welcome to the Self Service Portal End User Services team. You will join a team responsible for building, enhancing and operating the Self Service Portal, enabling self service capabilities for end users across Nordea. As an Expert IT Analyst / Service Developer, you will analyse business needs, work closely with end users and stakeholders, and drive the design, development and continuous improvement of requestable and automated services. You will also contribute to service architecture, development processes and operational support, helping to deliver a best in class digital user experience across the platform.es

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Analyse business needs and turn them into practical solutions.
  • Design, develop and maintain services, workflows and automations in BMC Digital Workplace (DWP), Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Design and maintain API integrations between above systems.
  • Create, maintain and support databases used by the services.
  • Take ownership of databases and their data, ensuring data quality, governance and compliance standards are followed.
  • Create and maintain workflows, forms and service processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, service owners and platform teams.
  • Support incident resolution, testing and continuous improvements.

 

Who you are:

 

  • Experience as an IT Analyst, Service Developer or similar role.
  • Experience with  BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, Self Service Portal or similar platforms.
  • Experience building services, workflows and automations.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with  API integrations.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
  • Experience maintaining databases and taking ownership of data-related solutions.
  • Understanding of data ownership, data governance and data quality.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

It would be ideal if you also:

 

  • Experience with  Active Directory, IIQ or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
  • Experience with enterprise workflow and automation platforms.
