**Operations Specialist (Campaign) - Web3 Wallet** Lead operations for our industry-leading Web3 wallet, coordinating stakeholders to hit KPIs. Manage project lifecycles, troubleshoot user issues, and propose solutions. 3-5 years in Web3 and finance required, with strong campaign performance analysis skills.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve given KPI
- Assist the team lead to implement structured workflow, guidelines and improve team efficiency
- Monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle and ensure that team’s project targets are met within the project timeline
- Investigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation
- Analysis of issues faced by users and propose solutions
- Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries
- Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance
- Collaborate across teams to help optimize and potentially combine campaigns under one central theme
- Good understanding of DEX Liquidity Strategy
- Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learner
- Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability
