**Experienced .NET Software Engineer**, Cards & Financing Platform in Vilnius, Lithuania. Key responsibilities include owning critical systems, driving high-quality software development using .NET/C#, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitHub Enterprise, and migrating services to AWS. Welcome to the Cards and Financing Platform Tribe. Our tribe serves our customers by infusing the power of traditional banking and emerging market technologies to deliver intuitive, embedded, and tailored offerings throughout their lives.  

This position is strategically located around Cards Payment Authorisation and ATM  in the Core Cards Platform cluster. The tribe meets our customers evolving needs by providing embedded offerings and services such as the Core Cards Platform, Digital wallets, Accounts & Payment solutions, and many other competitive edge services that go beyond traditional banking while promoting sustainable practices.

We are a team of 20 enthusiastic and experienced professionals committed to excellence in reliable high-quality software development. Our squad owns business critical systems on various technology stacks and platforms, such as .NET/C#, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and GitHub Enterprise, and executing the migration of our services and workloads towards AWS. Depending on your experience, you may be offered a different seniority of the role.

We can offer a position located at our office in Vilnius, Lithuania. We have a flexible work schedule and hybrid working, allowing you to work from home 1-2 days per week.

You will:

  • Be working at the forefront of developing and managing a system that is the lifeblood of Core Cards Platform components 
  • Contribute and have an impact on complex and essential projects that affect customers every day
  • Collaborate with highly skilled colleagues in a supportive environment that makes room for individuals while working on essential and critical systems
  • Continuously learn and improve upon your craft along with knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate constructively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and other development teams, to deliver high-quality software solutions

     


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with software engineering
  • Advanced written and verbal English language skills
  • Ability to take ownership and serve as a technical expert in full stack .NET development using AWS offerings, demonstrating practical expertise in designing, developing, performing reviews, and debugging complex applications
  • In-depth knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, API usage and design, microservices, CQRS, event-driven architectures, relational and document databases, observability and application monitoring, and other related technologies 
  • Solid experience working with cloud providers like AWS, Azure or GCP, and experience with a wide variety of cloud service offerings like compute, storage, databases, message queueing, event streaming, and other related services to create distributed and event driven system architectures (AWS experience preferred)
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps methodologies, well-versed in infrastructure as code using Terraform, and a good understanding of containerized and cloud-native applications, and the Security Development Lifecycle (SDLC)  
  • Ability to lead and contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, availability, and overall high-quality. Working with customer impacting solutions with low latency and high resilience is important

     


We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4880  EUR to 7320 EUR gross (based on your qualifications relevant for the job).
