- Manage Secure Chambers and restricted environments to uphold stringent security and compliance requirements.
- Oversee customer support IT operations, guaranteeing high availability and continuity of critical services.
- Drive and deliver regional and global IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud adoption, security initiatives, office relocations, and M&A integrations.
- Champion AI-enabled and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality across the IT landscape.
- Effectively manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and associated risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional, cross-regional teams with global IT and security standards.
- Develop and mentor local IT teams and manage regional vendor relationships to build robust support ecosystems.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations that support Synopsys’ business growth and strategic objectives across APAC.
- Elevate the customer and end-user experience by maintaining high service availability and rapid incident response.
- Drive digital transformation through the successful implementation of AI and automation, optimizing operational workflows.
- Strengthen Synopsys’ security posture by managing Secure Chambers and ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Empower local IT teams and regional partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate smooth integration and transition during mergers, acquisitions, and office expansions, supporting business agility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of proven IT management experience, including direct people leadership.
- Strong background in IT operations, infrastructure management, and end-user services within complex, multi-country environments.
- Strong IT infrastructure management experience, including data centers, enterprise networks, HPC environments with more than 10,000 CPU cores, and NetApp NAS storage.
- Demonstrated experience managing Secure Chambers and customer support IT environments with a focus on security and compliance.
- Expertise in delivering large-scale IT projects (infrastructure, cloud, security, M&A support) across regional and global teams.
- Familiarity with AI transformation and automation technologies in IT operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
- Experience supporting APAC offices, data centers, or customer engagement labs is highly desirable.
- Exposure to security frameworks, audits, and compliance processes (ITIL, PMP, or relevant technical certifications preferred).
