**Dynamics 365FO System Analyst in Vilnius**: Transition Danske Bank's ERP to modern cloud-based MS Dynamics 365FO. Prepare functional docs, configure system, maintain daily operations. Financial Management System Squads at Finance Tribe currently is transforming our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform from Dynamic AX 2009 to a modern, cloud based set-up with MS Dynamics 365FO. To help us on this journey we are looking for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Configurator-Consultant to prepare functional design documents, set-up and configure the system based on gathered business requirements and maintain new platform daily. Many functionalities are already released and are in maintenance phase.
You will join a team of developers, configurator, BI Engineers, DevOps, IT Systems Analysts and Business Analysts - all working in a cross-functional and self-managed agile squad.
You will:
- Work with functional installation, configuration, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop functional design documents (FDD) and other documentation when needed
- Train Key users, support go-live and improve processes post go-live.
- Do business analysis, functional requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Maintain newly released platform.
- Work with D365 FO, AWS, Dynamics AX, JIRA, ServiceNow
About you:
- Experience as an IT System Analyst, implementation consultant, or similar role.
- Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Interest in learning or further developing knowledge of accounting, finance processes, and ERP systems.
- Experience with testing, documentation, requirement management, or system implementation lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting or finance in international companies is an advantage
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an agile, multicultural environment.
- Good English skills;
- Willingness to use modern tools, including AI-assisted productivity tools, is an advantage.
