Meet the Team
Core to the health and growth of our business, Millennium’s Information Technology organization builds flexible, scalable platforms and advanced proprietary systems that support the firm’s active, multi-manager model. Within this environment, the Business Development/Management Technology team supports platforms used to recruit, hire, and onboard investment professionals, while integrating multiple systems into a connected operating model that helps standardize workflows and business processes across the firm.

What You'll Do

• Work across a global technology organization to solve business problems and deliver scalable application solutions

• Partner directly with global business stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage project delivery

• Own application and project delivery timelines, driving execution with a strong sense of accountability

• Design and develop Single Page Applications using Angular 10+

• Build high-quality, maintainable front-end solutions that support standardized business processes and workflows

• Collaborate across teams to integrate platforms into a more connected and efficient operating model

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience working in technology, hands-on programming experience with strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, service-oriented architecture, concurrency, and SOLID principles

• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET

• Strong front-end development experience with Angular 10+

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Good SQL and database fundamentals

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ownership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
