**Business Development Manager, Affiliate (Southeast Asia):** Drive OKX's expansion in Southeast Asia. Key responsibilities include strategizing and executing affiliate partnerships, analyzing market trends using BI tools, and ensuring campaign success through data-driven decisions. Required skills: strong networking, communication, and negotiation abilities. Seeking a candidate with 5+ years of BD experience in affiliate marketing, finance, or related domain. Must be able to work independently and have a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market.

About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates
- Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform
- Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
- Optimise the strategy of business develop and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate
- Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development
What We Look For In You
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing/ business development experience in SEA, within the Cryptocurrency space
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
