We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  1. To assist develop new corporate customer opportunities within your assigned region. Manage outbound initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand our footprint. Actively promote GPS products (A/R, A/P, Liquidity, Channel Management) to address specific client pain points, positioning HSBC as the partner of choice for cross-border transactional needs.
  2. To track pipeline progress rigorously and analyze sales data to help with comprehensive account planning. Provide accurate forecasts and insights into leadership, ensuring alignment with regional sales targets and strategic goals.
  3. To organize and execute high-impact events and marketing activities to elevate the GPS brand within the cash management business. Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  4. To engage in sales playbooks, case studies, and industry insights with the wider GPS sales network to elevate team performance. Coordinate internal resources to meet tight deadlines and specific expectations.
  5. To cross-team collaborate with GPS Product and Client Management teams to deliver tailored solutions. Act as the bridge between client needs and internal capabilities to ensure seamless service delivery.
  6. To support other business-related tasks and admin stuff as required.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years related working experience, of which at least 3 years are related to transactional banking business or corporate relationship management, LC/MME client experience is a plus
  2. Proactive, innovative and creative thinking
  3. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  4. Well organized and good attention to details
  5. Self-motivated, desire to learn independently and work under high pressure
  6. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
