**Role: Sales Leader, Mining, Manufacturing & Services | aws | senior | leadership** Lead cross-functional teams, driving AWS adoption in Mining, Manufacturing & Services. Key responsibilities include: - **Revenue Growth:** Exceed annual targets through strategic customer engagements. - **Customer Success:** Collaborate with field sellers, professional services, and product teams to deliver innovative solutions. - **Executive Engagement:** Foster relationships at Board, CxO, and LOB levels, influencing AWS roadmaps. - **Team Leadership:** Guide senior sales representatives, role modeling leadership and fostering a positive team culture in the Perth office. requisite **skills and experience:** - Proven **AWS** sales and **leadership** background in Mining, Manufacturing, or Services industries. - Demonstrated ability to drive **revenue growth** and **customer success**. - Strong business acumen and **executive engagement** skills. - Self-driven, high-urgency approach, with a focus on **ownership** and **relationship building**.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AWS’ full suite of services into a set of strategic customers
- Exceed annual revenue and growth targets, applying high standards to business operations
- Manage and coach a diverse and high performing team of sales professionals
- Ensure end customer satisfaction and strong executive relationships - Co-develop and help executing account plans with field sellers
- Inspect joint-GTM activities to drive and accelerate adoption of our products, working closely with AWS partner and cross-functional teams

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience- Experience managing teams
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience hiring and leading sales or account management teams focused on acquiring and managing enterprise customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conversing with senior customer stakeholders including Directors and VPs of procurement, CPOs, VP’s supply chain, and CIOs- Experience selling to large, medium and small merchants and successfully delivering a multi-million dollar sales quota
