**Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Amazon Leo** Amazon Leo, Amazon's global satellite broadband venture, seeks a Senior Partnerships Manager for its European Consumer Business. The CSM will lead commercial performance and partner relationships across Europe's indirect portfolio, focusing on Central & emerging regions. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, deal validation, onboarding support, and maintaining long-term partner success for B2B2C relationships. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in partnerships, strong commercial acumen, and fluency in European markets. Familiarity with indirect sales models, telecom operators, and ISPs is essential. Embrace Amazon's customer-obsessed culture to ensure exceptional customer experience and drive revenue growth.

The indirect channel delivers Amazon Leo services through partnerships with telecommunications operators and internet service providers (ISPs) who own the customer relationship while leveraging Amazon Leo's technology infrastructure.
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own the commercial performance and partner relationships across our European Consumer indirect portfolio. You will own the customer relationship across a number of Consumer indirect partnerships, primarily in Central Europe and Amazon's emerging European markets. Beyond day-to-day partner management, you will help define how the regional indirect team operates; building mechanisms, establishing ways of working, and creating frameworks for scalable partner engagement across Europe.
This position may require access to export-controlled information (ECI) subject to EAR and ITAR. Final employment decision is contingent upon satisfactory completion of export control screenings and obtaining any necessary export licenses or approvals, based on nationality, citizenship, and other factors considered by applicable export control regulations.
