**Sr. Agency Development Manager, Amazon Ads** drives Amazon Ads' revenue and tool adoption among agency partners. You'll own Amazon Ads/Agency Holding Company relationships, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include accelerating revenue, increasing tool adoption, and expanding Amazon Ads' reach. Essential skills: excellent communication, experience in matrixed organizations, strategic thinking, and data analysis. Experience in digital advertising and agency landscapes are crucial. Familiarity with Amazon's ad solutions and customer-centric approach is preferred.
Key job responsibilities
• Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level, SVP/VP-Level and influencers/decision makers of all sizes within the agency and be able to handle complex discussions
• Create and execute cross-team project plans
• Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions with a focus on video centric solutions
• Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of training, roadshows, summits and other agency-wide events
• Build and execute business plans with key agency stakeholders which drive adoption of Amazon Advertising’s tools and products
• Lean into key advertisers at the agency to increase revenue across multiple Amazon Ads products
• Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships
• Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way
• Work across multiple resources and orchestrate multiple activities at once to get things done
Basic Qualifications
- Experience closing sales and revenue generation- 10+ years of digital media ad sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Experience in programmatic advertising
- Excellent analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing customer relationships and influencing senior stakeholders (VP & C-level)
- Strong data driven storytelling skills – ability to create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives (where applicable). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
