**Role: Vice President Business Development - Hong Kong** Lead business development for AQR, a global asset management firm. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying & pursuing sales opportunities within the region. - Building & maintaining client relationships. - Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored investment solutions. - Partnering with global business development team. Required qualifications: - Proven success in business development or sales role within financial services (5+ years). - Strong network within Hong Kong/Asia investment community. - Excellent communication skills in English & local language (Mandarin/Cantonese). - Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce. Preferred skills (not required): - CFA charterholders or equivalent qualifications. - Experience in asset management industry. - Familiarity with investment strategies and products offered by AQR.
