Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs and projects to achieve defined business outcomes, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Accenture delivery standards.

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to governance and quality standards.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of accountability for program and project execution, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including business, technology, and vendor partners, to manage expectations, communicate progress, and drive timely decision‑making.

• Utilize Amazon Connect expertise to guide solution delivery, integration planning, and operational readiness for contact center and customer experience initiatives.

• Apply Program and Project Management best practices (PMBOK‑aligned) across estimation, planning, risk management, scope control, and change management.

• Foster a collaborative, high‑performance team environment that encourages innovative problem‑solving and continuous improvement.

• Lead regular project and program governance meetings to ensure alignment, track milestones, and address escalations effectively.

• Leverage data‑driven insights and performance metrics to inform decisions, adjust delivery strategies, and improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
